Mend Mira 8.4 supreme Plumber Shower Leak

My Mira shower unit appears to be leaking inside the unit, what can I do?

It is a Mira 8.4 supreme model . We've had a look inside but can't see where the waters coming from. Do I need a plumber or an electrician?
