Mend Vaillant 824 E Boiler Heating

Vaillant turbo plus 824 E timer control help needed?

I've just moed into a house with the above boiler with the fitted electronic toimer control module. Unfortunately, the timer is very, very confusing and I'm unable to set it or even work out how to set it.
There are no on off signs on the display just symbols which aren't helping at all. Could someone point me in the direction of a manual or user guide? Or even give me a few pointers on what I shoudl be doing to set it. Many thanks

hi i couldn't work my controls but have just found a website with instructions for a timer very similar to mine. type in then look under the brochure http://www.uk-plumbing.com/vaillant-120-7-day-plug-in-time-clock-p-2435.html
not sure if you have the same one but maybe it will help.

I'm sorry that I do not have the answer, but I too have the same problem understanding how the timer is operated. If you now know how this done can you please post the info
