how can i fix a daewoo lanos 1300cc 2001?

engine will not accelate up hill over 60 mph plugs changed leads changed tested ok could this be faulty hydrolic tappets can any one help thanks pete

I'm suspicious with the TPS(throttle position sensor) which located behind the throttle body. When I had same problem with my KIA I managed to sort it out by resetting it. Just unplug it and take out the fuse of ECU for a while and then put them back on.
