Soil Stack Adaptor?

I'm fitting a new toilet in a 1960's house which has a cast iron soil stack. Do I need to replace the whole soil stack or is there an adaptor available to connect from metric to Cast Iron ?

yep their is mcalpine make it and it slides inside the cast and the plastic pushes into the top.
