new double glazed windows whistling?

if you say the windows are new,they should be under guarentee,so phone the company who installed them and get them to sort them out.hope this helps

your question is vague. 1. if it`s a window without an opening then it`s probably not sealed entirely.
2. if it`s coming through an opening window then it may just need adjusting. there will be little round lugs on the underneath of the opening with an allen key recess which you can turn to bring the window tighter onto the rubber.
