my key has brocken in my upvc door lock can i get it out?

You may have to get a new barrel lock simply take off the handle this will allow you access to the barrel lock whch has the broken key in it..
Remove the barrel replace the new barrel and replace the handles. This should work. Or as Shaun said try to push the broken key out maybe take the barrel out and you will find it easier to do.

try tapping bottom of the cylinder below where the key goes

if you push a key in the other side it might push broken key out enough to use a pair of pliers to get a hold and extract the broken key.hope this helps
