fridge not getting cold on hotpoint fridge freezer?
i have above make mistral intellegent frost free fridge freezer the fridge is not getting cold eventhough the freezer is stillworking any ideas on what it could be thought may be thermostat do they hve seperate ones please could any one help as am gutted and dont want to get rid of if it is mendable at a reasonable cost
Before you decide to call and engineer to change the 'thermistor'. You should clean out the dust behind the grill.
Take both doors of and the hinge on the top of the grill. Remove the grill. There is a drip tray on the left and on the right you should find a clump of dust. Remove all the dust on that grill. Sometimes this cures the temperture issues.
