hi chis just done this, not to hard but fiddely,remove 8 scews from back,cover will lift of,remove small ribbon connector on r/h side and lift up c/board be carefull lcd ribbon is conected at the back of c/b prize open lcd side of phone at bottom (not camera side) with an old credit card, when open the 2 halfs of phone should slide apart but take care with the r/cable it has to be threaded through a slot,continue 2 separate the lcd side casings with card and you can then remove lcd.its behind a metal plate but mine was glued in.i put mine back together to make sure i could do it but still havent bought an lcd as the cheapest i can find is £29+p+p.it may sound hard the way i descibe it but i found it easy
