Mend Murray Ignition Module Flywheel No Spark

I have no fire to plug?

I have a Murray riding lawnmover that won`t start and after looking at it I see there is no fire to plug.
Looks a ground going to ingnition module ..cleaned flywheel and module @ contact points where its magntized ...how would I go about testing module ....possible with a ohm meter >?>?

I do not know how to test it. I was wondering if this is an older rider and if it has points? That could be the problem. It is rare that a coil/magneto is the cause of loosing spar.
