Drain the water out by whatever means possible (drain plug, turn it upside down - whatever). Fill with the correct grade of oil, run the engine till it's hot, drian, and re-fill.

your best way of fixing it would be to get some engine flush solution from a motor/auto shop and run it through the engine, all id to the oil tank and run it through the engine, (actualy best left to a mechanic)
