Luckily my crystal revealed to me that a URC22B is a remote control. It then went on the blink and so I have no idea what Freeview box you have.
Try the manufacturer (Crystal Ball failed to reveal who it was.) of the remote control's web site. BTW, you'll need to know the make and model of the Freeview box.
