Mend TomTom 710 Problem Switch Full Reset

TOMTOM 710?

I have a problem wth my tomtom 710 i have only used it few times !!!!
it will not switch on at all now after having a full charge I have reset it it too but still nothing it is very frustrating and it cost a lot of money to pack up this soon.!!!
Please can you help me.
