How do I disconnect my pc1616 alarm. It is beeping and I just want to turn the whole thing off. Do I disconnect the battery in the closet and If I do will that set anything off we are not connected to a alarm company. Thanks

I have a RA1500 or1550 abd iwork fine except I cannot delete or add a secondary code. I followed the instructions which is *5 master code and location from 2 to 5 and then # to complete nothing happens the new code will not activate. Please help if you can?

I'm trying to disconnect as the unit is now rental and I no longer wish to pay a monthly fee for an alarm. However the alarms in the house are beeping loudly. How do disconnect?

Most likely you need a new battery in your security panel (probably located in master closet). Your existing backup battery needs to be changed because it isn't holding a charge any more. New one is about $30.

3. How can I make my keypad chime when the doors open?
Press * 4 on the keypad - this will enable/ disable the chime feature. If this does not work, call our service department.
