the grill keeps blowing out ?

new world sola grill oven ,old but works perfectly apart from the grill,which periodically keeps blowing out , sometimes relights ,sometimes takes long time to relight .is it dangerous to keep using ????

Most likely cause is the grill mesh is torn,this allows gas to go inside the burner which in turn lets ir blow out which causes a bang.
Have a good look with a torch and mirror although sometimes the tear is hiddn by a metal plate.
Don`t use it,get a Corgi Engineer to check it and replace the burner if needed.
