Hi Phil, Take off the decor door and then the 8 small torx screws that hold the control panel on.Look at the rear of the panel where the white lock assy is fixed.AT the top are the two side clips that hold the lock in.Is it okay or is one broken. If one is broken then you will need to order a control panel, they are quite cheap.Look at the top of the lock assy,is it facing out at you if not flick it with a screwdriver outwards. The pcb should now accept a programme. If after all this the lock is okay, then the fault is more serious.Look in the base where the motor is,is there or has there been water in it?If you can see water, pull off the motor plug and now see if if the timer accepts a programme.Damp affects the motor by creating a resistance that affects the electronics. Also a faulty soap dispenser affects the pcb.Not quite straightforward is it? If the pcb accepts the programme, you reconnect the motor plug and it will work. You now have the task of finding and curing the leak. This is more than likely the 2 seals on the air break on the right hand side.
I think your weekend is all planned out now.All the best.
