Is the engine management light on?
Is the throttle operated by cable or is it 'fly-by-wire'?
Check the inlet hose (goes from the air filter to the throttle) for leaks or splits.
Remove the inlet hose from the top of the throttle body and make sure the butterfly valve is fully closed.

If yours looks partially open like that you may have a sticky throttle cable or linkage.
