lock on upvc french doors will not work?

my porch door will not lock i have changed key barrel still the same cannot work lock with key door handle also bit loose now. tryed oiling all moving parts

are your doors french doors or a patio door; french doors open in or out, a patio door runs on a silder

sounds like your lockstrip has gone,open your door so you can see the lockstrip then lift handle to see if the bolts/hooks or rollers work on lockstrip,if dont move then its a new lockstrip you need,either order one and replace yourself or phone a double glazing repair engineer or locksmith
