Mend Sharp XE-A203 Cash Register Business

How to start from Zero - Cash Register?

Just opened new business, inherited cash register SHARP XE A203 from previous owner, figuring out how to work it; however, can't fgure out how to properly close out and start over. Daily sales still being added on to the old sales, need to close out the old and start our own sales.

Hi.
You are doing the wrong report. you will notice there is an X at the top of your report. This will not re-zero the machine.
Press the decimal point first, then TL (CASH). That will give you a Z report.
The next report you do will still be wrong, but as long as it has a Z at the top, then the one after will be correct.
