Mend Renault Clio Plate Night

Ventilation dials on Renault Clio?

I have recently purchased a Renault Clio (51 Plate)
I took the vehicle out the other night and noticed that none of the ventialtion dials were illuminated.
The rest of the dash was fully illuminated.
Is it meant to be like this? if not how do i change the bulbs?/Fuses?
