Riding the clutch.Keeping you'r foot on the pedal however lightly will kill it every time.Telltale signs are the driven plate worn more on gbox side , blueing of cover plate and premature release bearing failure.Only found when clutch is dissmantled.Oil leaks from engine or box can cause slipping,but leave telltail spillage on the road.
