Hi. Which error is it giving? Is it showing an error number?
This looks like a very basic machine, so it probably has batteries in the printer compartment. you could try removing those, then turn the power off for a while. Royal are a very small company, and they don't export to us. This means I only have a small amount of info for them. If you have a manual, then it may list your error.
