do they still make parts for my potterton netterheat profile 50 e?

i have got potterton netterheat profile 50 e which i have been told needs a new fan . my boiler is insured for breakdown , but the insurence company tells me that potterton do not make parts for it anymore , are they trying to wiggle out of it do you think ?

as far as I know you can get 99/100% of parts for a netaheat profile. I have not come across anything I have needed not being available. you can still get the fans from plumb centre and about 100 other outlets

Ring up the parts centre on: 01179585990, give them make and model of boiler and they will tell you if they can get the part or not! If they can't I do have a few more numbers of companies that may be able to source the part for you!
