Hi Geoffrey,if you can test at the on/off switch bank and you have your 240v,and live/neutral the it is my bet that the pcb is at fault.They are an easy swap,just take the 2 screws in the panel out and push the panel up and out.pcb on right.
It is called a USER BOARD part no 481221838434 and approx £115 plus vat and postage.Hope this helps .All the best.
