My neff dishwasher pump is running all the time how can i fix

I had a similar problem. Apparently if it leaks it fills void underneath, which has a float and thinks its flooding! Hence it tries to pump out.

Suggest you switch off, pull unit out and tip on side to drain water (have some towels ready). This worked on mine and has been running ok now for over a year.
