The dealer can plug into the diagnostic port and determine the actual fault code and fault, then price you for repair or at least advise the problem so you can look elsewhere for quotes or self-fix.
Once the problme is fixed the dealer may need to reset the ABS ECU anyway and often charge more than £50 for this, free OBD2 (the diag port) software won't work because none of them can access the renault ABS part of the ECU, hence they can't reset the lamp.
Best net is ask the dealer to investigate and advise you prior to any fix with a diagnosis and price, if it's under £200 let them do it as it'll cost you for parts and reset anyway (and once they quote they have to resolve it if they do the work).
