How do i repair faulty vauxhall astra window?

there are 2 brackets in which the window sits in .remove the rubber and place over the glass and tap the metal clasp over gently making sure they are in the same place as when removed.clip the clasps back into the runners and spray runners with silicone spray or wd40 and check windows should be ok. if not lower all the way and raise up when completly up hold switch for approx 2 secs failing that dissconnect the battery should do the trick
