Mend Bosch WFL 2450 Repair Drum Machine

How can I repair the stainless steel drum on my Bosch washing machine?

I've a Bosch WFL 2450 washing machine. There are two small ( each one abot 2/3 mm across ) areas on the stainless stel drum where the base metal is exposed. This means that rust is transferred onto clothing during the wash cycle.
How can I repair these areas?

stainless steel is NOT SUPPOSE to rust, rust in a machine can come from the bearing after water has entered them due to the seal failing
you could rub down the rust and paint with a dollop of epoxy snotty glue on each rust spot sets rock hard may hold the RUST back.
