Water ejected through PRD pipe on Triton Ivory shower?

Hi, I have a Triton Ivory; during a shower, the PRD pipe started running suddenly. I removed the shower head, but water is still running from the PRD. There is a bit of water coming out of the main outlet as well (about 1/3 of water flow roughly).
Do you know how I could fix this?
