Sharp ER A570 - "clerk error 3"?

Hi.
It sounds like you still have a Clerk who is in the middle of a transaction. Try logging on as clerk 3, and finishing any sales with the CASH (TL) button. If you use GLUs (restaurant system where orders are saved by table number), then do a GLU report to see if a GLU is still open under clerk 3.
You could try doing a clerk report in X mode to see if it will give the status of that clerk.
