my w850i sony ericsson mobile won't turn on?

After trying to download new firmware to my mobile, it shut down and now won't turn on. When charging there is no indicator. It just seems completely dead.
I have tried to conect to my computer to try the firmware upgrade again. It identifies it and starts to download but then fails at 1%. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I had my phone in my pocket on a damp day and it turned itself off. It now won't turn on again and when I connect it to a charger it just has a red light that comes on making the on/off switch glow red. The sticker on the battery has also gone red but it certainly wasn't immersed in water, maybe humid but nothing more

not working for me. i have taken out the memory card, the battery, clean it out and putting them back on.but the phone is still....dead.

ytd i switch off my phone cuz my camera canot zoom i thought wen i switch off den on it , d camera will b fine but wen i tried 2 on my sony erisson w595 it didnt work i tried several times d vibrates gt light den after awhile it is off den i took out d battery n put it bck tried agn its d same pls help mi =( i will die wifout my w595

my sony ericsson w595 wont turn on. i ran the battery dead. and i charged it up the next morning then it just got stuck on the logo screen. i really want it to work. can anyone help !!

mine just keeps vibrating and stays off i dont know why nothing comes on and when i let go of the power button it vibrates again idk whats wrong

Mine wont turn on atall; ii put it on charge it comes up with a red light at the side and vibrates and thats it;

I have a problem with my Sony Ericsson, i take the battery and sim card out put both in and then my phone manages to turn on but both of my chargers have stopped working, so i use my USB cable to charge my phone i get to the file transfer part and my phone switches off each time. Any help would be great.

i had the same problem my w850i i had in my pocket when i tried to take it off my pocket to check on the watch my phone where switched off. i tried everything to fix it up it don't work the same goes for my k750i

Yes, my new phone died after turning it off for the first time. After trying to charge it, and repeatedly pressing the on/off switch, I pryed off the battery cover (because it was very tight and I could not get it off) and reseated the battery and it thankfully turned on. Use care when prying off battery cover!

Mine just did htat, i cant do anything about it. its not hte battery's fault because i tried my old battery and it didnt work.

take off the battery cover, then extract the battery and smart chip, then put them all back in and your phone should turn on. :-) i just figured this out.
