daewoo matiz judders noise and cant get above 30?

my daewoo matiz judders and has no power makes a noise under th car any ideas on how much to fix

mine did exactly that. then next thing i know there was a loud bang under my accelorater and smoke coming from my tyre. something had seezed and my brakes failed whilst i was driving. id take it to the garage asap so this dont happen to you!
