back of Beko dishwasher so hot it burned my waterpipe, is this normal? ?

I could smell burning the other day and traced it to the cold water inlet pipe on the rear of my machine.

I will go and buy a replacement pipe, but where the pipe had touched the back of the machine it has melted onto the rear of the dishwasher.

Is this a normal thing for it to get this hot??

My dishwasher is a Beko EcoCare D3422FS.
