blue smoke?

there is the useall puff of blue smoke when i start the car then it gos a way but when the revs get high it belows out it is not the rings or bore as a temperairy seiant as been added please help its a ldv diesel

smoke on startup can be 1 of 2 things:1 normal diesel exess fuel starting system,or worn valve stem oil seals.yours sounds like the second,at high revs oil can be sucked into combustion chamber from head.not a good thing as diesel's can run to destruction this way.a well equiped garage may have equipment to change seals without removing head,if not then the head has to come off.not cheap.
