How can i diy a crashed front end on a 1999 fiesta?

had a crash. pushed in the front cross member, bumber, bonnet slam bar and because of this pushed lights in. also bonnet has bent up cause the catch to become stuck. been quoted £1800 to have it done but i have sorced the parts from scrap yards. whats involved with a job like this and any tips? cheers
