Mend Creda concept Work Despite Going

My Creda concept halogen cooker does not work?

None of the cooker works despite their being electricity going in to it and the internal terminals / spades etc testing 'live'.

It has been moved from 1 house to another and previous owner said it did work ok.

Any ideas please ?
