Mend Dryer Noise Smell

What is wrong with my tumble dryer?

When i turn it on it is making a grinding noise and it started to smell of burning. We opened the whole thing up and it was full of fluff. i cleaned it all out and cleaned out the hose and put it back together. The grinding noise is still happening only i dont want it to blow up

Im am having a similar problem i think, mine is making high pitched noise and i am told it is the ball bearings. Although drum is turning, possibly one or some of the bearings are jammed and this is causing the noise, bearings will have to be replaced to fix.
