how can i fix my electrolux caravan fridge?

sounds like a new 230v element is required...easy fix

Sounds like it needs a new mains electric element Brian.

Try taking the outside vents off, and while the fridge is switched on electric hookup, feel the element for signs of heat.
The element is situated on the back of the fridge next to the 12v element. They are both probe type items with a wire on the end, and they are both tucked together. If both elements feel cold to the touch when power is on, then it is highly likely the element needs replacing.
You could also connect your 12s plug to your vehicle towbar to check the 12v element in the same way.
