panasonic rainbow-video problem?

concentric circles of rainbow colors on screen. Help! How fo i get rid of this?

Don't know the model but if it uses a glass cathode ray tube(?) then I'd suspect the thermister, to be faulty. Sometimes 2x fitted in Panasonics. They are safety specified components and must be replaced with the orignal type by an engineer. But a cheap repair if it's that.
