can i repair my header tank?

my 15 gallon header tank has a small hole in it. Can i repair it? if so, how?

A REPAIR CAN POSSIBLY BE MADE BY DRILLING THE TANK AND FITTING A TANK CONNECTOR FITTING AND A BLANK PLUG ON THE OUTSIDE

Its never possible to repair any header tank reliably, so replacement is the only answer, unfortunately.
