Mend Dyson 14 Brush Clean

iHow can l fix my Dyson 14?

The main sweeping brush does not rotate and therefore
the dyson does not clean the carpet as you would expect it to. There are no blockages and the belt is not damaged. lnfact the dyson is only about 3 months old.

sounds to me like your brush control is on off { it's the knob on the left side of the hoover } or your clutch has gone and needs replacing
