most likely the resistor board usualy a dry and cracked solder joint,i had one go on me resoldered the joint working fine now.

blower motor is behind glove compartment.motor most likely ok the most likely cause will be the resistor unit which controls the speeds ... its easy to replace but quite costly for what it is.

The blower unit is behind the centre console in line with the handbrake and gears. Not worth repairing it go and get a second hand one from a scrap yard.
