Whale Elite caravan tap?

My bathroom cold tap spins round and round and does'nt turn the water on! i'm new to caravaning......any suggestions on how i could fix?

When I pump water on board the bathroom tap starts to pee water out under the sink . Also I have changed the plastic connector , but still leaks it's looks like it's coming form under the tap, also the fuse in my toilet flush blows at the sametime . Any ideas please .caravan make abbey 535 spectrum.

Whale do a 'service kit' which contains all the O rings etc needed, It is about £10 from any good caravan shop. If you have problems sourcing it let me know via ga-cs.co.uk and I can get one sent out to you.

Contact someone on the net that provide caravan spares and ask them as they may know a place you could get what you need.
Fail that contact the makers of the tap try google the name. There maybe a PDF available but i very much doubt it.
