Mend Sports Art Treadmill

How can I fix my Sports Art 1098F treadmill?

I have a SportsArt 1098F treadmill.

It has stopped working all of a sudden and shows an ERR 7 message.

I've shown it to a local technician but he can figure out the problem.

I no longer have the instruction manual and can find nothing on the net relating to ERR7 so am hoping for more success here.

I googled "sportsart 1098f" and got a website that has operator's manuals for all their equipment. There is a section on troubleshooting and error messages. Unfortunately there is not a parts list, but they do include a phone number and the manufacturer's reps may be able to help with parts.
