It is assumed the fridge motor is running.
Sometimes fridges get vapour locked particularly if they have been tipped or transported.
Provided your fridge is not too large, you can try this;-
Take everything out of your fridge
Make sure it is unpluged and pull it to the centre of the room.
Lay down a blanket or sheet to protect the fridge.
Now, carefully lay it on its side and wait 20 seconds- You will hear it making a gurgling noise.
Now carefully roll it a further 90 degrees so that it is now upside down and wait a further 20 seconds.
Now roll it a further 90 degrees-wait 20 seconds
Now roll it over so it is now back on its feet.
Wait until all the gurgling from the coolant has ceased, remove the blanket or sheet you layed out. Plug the fridge in.
If it works-congratulate yourself.
If it still doesn't work get a new one
