hi, the till is displaying CLOSED. tried everything i can think of..
and i have a queue out the door.

Hi. You have logged yourself out of the machine, and it is simply waiting for someone to log on again. You need to find your clerk button. If you have a button called'CLERK' then press 1 then CLERK to log on. If you just have buttons marked A,B,C,D then just press one of them to log on.
It depends upon how your machine has been programmed.
