How can I fix my Hotpoint CTD80 Ultima dryer?

Hi sometimes I find if it has been running in high heat for a while it comes up with F10. I have found that running a longer time on lower heat will give you a longer time to use the dryer if you have alot of washing to do. Plus I often hoover (vacuum) out the inside of my dust/lint drawer. Then pull out the metal condenser from the bottom and hose it out to clean out excess bits. There is also a small tube at the back that attatches to the back of the water tray, take that apart...it often gets hair etc stuck in it, and blow through the tubes....that often helps me for a while...till you have to go and do it all again!!!
