I have a Servis M6006-1 and the fan belt keeps coming off??

I have a Servis M6006-1 and the fan belt keeps coming off. It is just over a year old. Do I need a new fan belt or should there be some sort of stopper to stop the fan belt slipping off??

the motor needs to be adjusted to make the belt tighter.
