Mend Creda 37449 Tumble Capacitor

Creda Sensair 37449 tumble dryer - no motor rotation?

Belt is OK, motor humming but not turning. Is there a starter capacitor, and if so, where? Is motor brushless? Has anyone a circuit diagram or service manual?
