my adly 100 engine doesnt power the back wheel?

the engine runs fine until i put weight on the back wheel then it just wont pull

Two possible problems 1) the centrifugal clutch is burnt out 2) the rubber drive belt from the clutch to the rear wheel is in poor condition. Either way, pop off the aluminium cover on the nearside to have a look.
