How do I get my RX1 reciever to work on a TP5000?

I have had installed a Danfoss TP5000 and an RX1 room thermostat which initially worked great.Then all of a sudden it seems to have lost the signal and i have followed the instructions steps 1-3 in the book to get it commisioned again and it still does not work.I can not get a green light to come back on again on the reciever for it to transmit it does not seem to recognise it.Can anyone help as I have held thes ebuttons until I am black in the face ?
